Informing and empowering parents; connecting Worcestershire parents with people who can make a difference to families’ lives.

Parents’ Voice was set up in 2005 to represent parents and family carers across Worcestershire; helping them to learn more and be involved in the services that affect their children. We do this by passing on information to parents and seeking feedback about things that are important to them, whatever the age of their children.

The group has evolved and changed over the years, as we identified what our supporters valued and thought was important. Social media didn’t exist when we formed and we now have a large and growing ‘virtual’ community; this is so valuable when we feedback trends to the decision makers, identifying what are followers are most interested in.

Our small committee steers the group’s activities and meets regularly, anyone is welcome to attend. We ask our supporters about what is important to them and aim to host information sessions covering different topics.
